STERI BONE has a perfectly balanced formula based on vitamin D3, calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, copper and other mineral elements in balanced proportions for proper bone growth.

It is an essential product for growing foals and colts and for pregnant and lactating mares.

For adult horses, it is recommended for maintaining a correct calcium/phosphorous ratio and for rectifying nutritional deficiencies.

• Prevents zinc deficiency, which in the foal, causes lack of appetite, slower growth rates and paracheratosis.
  

• Prevents copper deficiency which can cause osteochondrisis and pathologies which are detrimental to the horse's locomotive apparatus.

• Use and dosages:
• Adult horses: one pouch daily in 15-30 day cycles mixed in with feed ration
  
• Growing foals and colts: one pouch daily on alternating days in 10-20 day cycles, starting from weaning
  
• Stud-mares: one pouch daily starting from the 7th month of gestation and during lactation in 15-day cycles.
